Information we process

Supabase Auth processes your email, encrypted password credentials, verification status and sessions. ARCA stores your profile, optional profile picture, interests, connections, messages, communities, event reservations, saved items, private notes, reports, preferences, consent records and membership entitlement in its London-region Supabase project.

Hostinger serves the website and may process ordinary security and request logs. Stripe will process billing details only when paid checkout is enabled; ARCA does not store full card numbers.

What members can see

Signed-in members can see your name, optional picture, professional introduction, interests, location and project link. Community membership and event attendance may be visible within the relevant space. Direct messages are visible to their participants. Private notes, blocks, saved items, preferences and submitted reports are restricted to your account and authorised staff workflows.

Why we use it

We use account information to provide membership, security, introductions, communities, events, support, moderation and billing. We use necessary technical records to protect the service and resolve problems. ARCA does not sell member data or use third-party advertising trackers.

Your choices and rights

Update your profile, replace or remove your picture, block a member, submit a report, download your account data or permanently delete your account from Settings. Contact arcagrid@gmail.com to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or to raise a privacy concern. We may need proportionate verification.

Information may remain in provider backups or security logs for their normal limited retention. Other members may retain lawful copies of information already shared with them.

Providers and international use

ARCA launches in selected countries shown during membership setup. Supabase and Hostinger may use processors in other countries under their contractual safeguards. Stripe’s own privacy terms apply when you choose paid checkout.
