Before you pay
Paid checkout will show the plan, currency, billing interval, renewal terms, taxes and total before you confirm. Stripe securely processes the payment. Choosing a plan on the pricing page alone does not create a charge.
Renewal and cancellation
Monthly plans renew each month and annual plans renew each year until cancelled. Manage or cancel an active subscription from Account Settings. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period unless the checkout terms or applicable law say otherwise.
Refund requests
Contact arcagrid@gmail.com with the account email, date and reason. Do not send full card or bank details. Eligibility depends on the purchase terms and any mandatory consumer rights in your country. Event hosts must state separate cancellation terms before any paid event is introduced.
